CANCELLATION TERMS
In case of a booking cancellation, an quivalent of the suffered loss will be charged by the Organizing Committee, as itemized below.
The amount of a cancellation fee will be calculated as a percent of the accommodation package fee according to the following period of notice given:
- 70% refund if cancelled before 31.05.2024
- 50% refund if cancelled 21.06.2024
- After 21.06.2024 no refund
